Christian Pera is an Associate with Colliers International’s Chicago-based Net Lease Investment team. Led by industry veteran Peter Block, the team assists clients across the country in the disposition and acquisition of single-tenant retail assets.
In addition to general sales and canvassing activities, Christian’s primary focus is properties within the YUM! Brands portfolio including Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and KFC. A trusted advisor for the restaurant industry, Christian and his team have been enlisted to assist various companies, franchise to corporate, in their real estate strategy as a guide to overall financial stability.
Business and Educational Background
Prior to Colliers, Christian worked at Marcus & Millichap where his team dealt with mixed-use properties in the Greater Chicagoland Area. Christian also originated a Toastmasters Club in the Downtown Office.
Christian previously also held a Ticket Sales and Services position with the Chicago White Sox minor league affiliate, the Winston-Salem Dash. While with the Dash Christian fostered relationships with over 100 clients and was the leading seasonal representative in the Front Office.
Christian is a graduate of Indiana University where he studied Telecommunications and was a member of Acacia Fraternity.
