Zach Ofner is a member of the Chicago-based Net Lease Investment Team and is a multi-tenant retail capital markets specialist. Led by Peter Block, the team assists clients across the country in the disposition and acquisition of multi-tenant retail assets. He has contributed to a team that has closed over 200 deals in the past five years.  As a Midwest small shop expert, Zach is primarily focused on street-facing retail properties generally under 30,000 square feet.
